As a branch of the Alameda County Library the ACFJC offers P.U.L.S.E. (Pop Up Library Services for Everyone). P.U.L.S.E. is a vending machine containing library books for adults and children in English and Spanish. Clients of the ACFJC can get their own P.U.L.S.E. library card to be used as often as they like to check out books. Books are then returned to the ACFJC, just like a regular library branch. P.U.L.S.E. is available Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
