According to the Alameda County Teen Dating Violence Task Force survey, 232 Alameda County youth ages 14-24 indicate that about 43.5 percent of youth report having been intimidated, emotionally and/or physically hurt by a boyfriend or girlfriend. More specifically, 25% of them have reported being intimidated; 24% have been threatened by a boyfriend or girlfriend; and 22% report having been physically abused. http://www.fvlc.org/pdf_rap/Teen_Dating_Fact_Sheet.pdf
